Remote Customer Service Representative I

As a Remote Customer Service Representative, you will handle inbound and outbound calls to assist customers with questions, account updates, and service inquiries. You’ll provide accurate information, deliver professional support, and maintain high-quality standards on every interaction.

Key Responsibilities:

Answer inbound calls and place outbound follow-up calls with professionalism

Provide accurate information regarding products, services, or account details

Handle customer inquiries, complaints, or billing questions efficiently

Follow scripts, training, and compliance guidelines provided

Document each customer interaction clearly in the system

Meet daily and weekly call goals, handle times, and quality metrics

Maintain a quiet, distraction-free workspace suitable for phone calls.

Qualifications:

Must be 18 years or older

Prior customer service, call center, or sales experience preferred

Excellent verbal communication and active listening skills

Strong problem-solving abilities and patience under pressure

Must have a computer or laptop, USB headset, and reliable high-speed internet

Quiet, professional workspace (no background noise)

Ability to follow scripts and guidelines with consistency

Must be able to work during scheduled hours without interruption
