Remote Customer Service Representative (Medicare)

We’re looking for dependable, motivated professionals to join our remote team as Medical Customer Service Representatives.


Position Overview:

As a Remote Medical Customer Service Representative, you will make outbound calls to Medicare members and healthcare clients to provide program information, verify benefits, and assist with eligibility-related inquiries. This position requires professionalism, accuracy, and the ability to communicate clearly and compassionately.


Key Responsibilities:

Make outbound calls to Medicare Part A & B members or other healthcare clients

Educate members about available benefits, flexible spending options, and rewards programs

Accurately document call results and follow compliance guidelines

Maintain average call time and completion requirements

Provide exceptional service while following provided scripts and HIPAA standards

Attend scheduled trainings and team meetings as required


Qualifications:

Must be 18 years or older

Prior medical, Medicare, or healthcare customer service experience required

Strong verbal communication and active listening skills

Must be comfortable with outbound calling and following scripts

Must have a computer/laptop, USB headset, and reliable high-speed internet

Quiet, distraction-free workspace

Strong attention to detail and ability to meet call performance standards

Familiarity with HIPAA guidelines preferred


Performance & Compensation:

Weekly compensation of $750, provided all daily performance metrics and attendance requirements are met

Prorated pay available for partial completion

Consistent top performers may qualify for leadership and training roles
